The position

As an Account Coordinator, you will be tasked with ensuring that we offer the best possible service to our clients. Your goal will be to deliver excellent service to the customer and improve the processes across all the company’s operations, to extract and implement creative solutions to our clients’ needs.

Your daily tasks will consist of providing the best service to the customer using data, developing insights and reports, and improving service levels. You will be responsible for ensuring that your clients receive accurate and fast responses to all their questions, complaints, and suggestions. You will ensure that client needs are correctly passed to internal teams such as recruiting, legal, and admin.

Responsibilities
  • Direct contact with clients and selection team to align objectives.
  • Foresee the incorporation needs of the assigned clients and implement actions to successfully fill the vacancies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team the needs of recruitment.
  • Measure the performance of the processes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Realization and presentation of reports on progress, as well as incidents and solutions.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project results. Minimize any risk that may arise within the selection process.
  • Support overall recruiting process of the key account.
  • Track processes to accomplish client needs.
  • Lead communication with the client to develop a structured process.
  • Monitor tasks by the selection team.
Requirements and skills
  • Business or HR Bachelor’s Degree (cherry on the cake if you come from engineering, economics, etc.).
  • 2+ years of related working experience in staffing industry, management consulting, or training program in a top company.
  • Passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Very good usage of Excel, able to define reports and understand metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking necessary to master both daily hands-on analysis and big picture reporting strategy.
