You will work closely with the Kitchen, Sommelier and Banqueting teams to ensure timely execution, impeccable presentation and memorable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate must possess strong gastronomic knowledge , advanced culinary techniques , and a deep understanding of products and raw materials . They should demonstrate refined culinary judgment, analytical skills, and great attention to detail.
