**About the Role**

As **IRD Waiter** at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Food & Beverage department, you will deliver discreet, punctual and flawless in-room dining service and support our outlets when required. You will work closely with Kitchen, Front Office and Guest Relations to manage orders, room setups and billing while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and guest care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support any food & beverage outlet when needed, including the provision of food & beverage service in hotel rooms.
- Transport equipment and supplies necessary for service, ensuring trolleys and stations are fully stocked and ready.
- Control and inspect merchandise and items used by the section, reporting shortages or defects.
- Assist in the set-up, service and dismantling of events, collaborating with the Banqueting and F&B teams.
- Perform tableside tasks in full view of guests (flambéing, carving, deboning, etc.) with confidence and exceptional presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department in the preparation and delivery of special events and bespoke services.
- Ensure all service equipment and utensils are kept clean, hygienic and in perfect working order; report maintenance issues promptly.

- Service-oriented mindset, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel F&B operations and guest service standards.
- Highly responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in In-Room Dining or similar F&B role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
