About the Role As a Waiter / Waitress at Deessa you will deliver flawless table service across lunch and dinner services, assist with special events and collaborate closely with the Kitchen, Sommelier and Management teams to ensure outstanding food and beverage experiences. You will be an ambassador of the restaurant’s standards and culture, anticipating guest needs and contributing to a warm, professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Serve food and beverages following MOHG standards and plating/service protocols; ensure correct presentation and timing. Support event and banqueting operations: prepare, set and dismantle rooms; assist service teams during events. Perform tableside service tasks (carving, flambéing, deboning, etc.) with confidence and exceptional attention to detail. Maintain service stations, control stock of cutlery, glassware and linen, and ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order. Adhere to hygiene (HACCP), Safe & Sound and FLHSSE standards; report incidents or maintenance needs promptly. Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest satisfaction. What We Expect From You Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel F&B operations and guest service standards. Highly responsible, reliable and detail‑oriented. Ability to remain calm, courteous and solution‑focused under pressure. A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams. Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, restaurants or banqueting. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
