Nuestro cliente, empresa multinacional del sector retail, está en búsqueda de un/a Employee Relations Advisor para reportar al Manager de Relaciones Laborales, gestionando proyectos a nivel nacional, en un ambiente con alto ritmo de trabajo.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Asesoría legal en temas laborales:
- Actualizar políticas corporativas y utilizarlas en capacitaciones.
- Brindar asesoramiento legal a gerentes de P&C, Payroll, H&S y Sistemas.
- Interpretar y aplicar el CBA y normativas legales vigentes.
Administración de empleados:
- Apoyar en administración y seguridad social.
- Crear políticas de administración junto con el ER Manager.
Negociación colectiva:
- Preparar información para procesos de negociación.
- Resolver dudas sobre reuniones con comités de empresa.
- Apoyar en la negociación del Plan de Igualdad de Género.
Relaciones sindicales:
- Preparar presentaciones para reuniones con sindicatos.
- Gestionar cuotas sindicales y actualizar datos en Workday.
Casos judiciales e inspecciones:
- Coordinar con abogados y preparar pruebas para casos judiciales.
- Asistir en reuniones con inspectores laborales.
Consultas desde las tiendas:
- Resolver dudas sobre temas laborales y conflictos en tiendas.
- Proveer documentos relevantes según el caso.
Procedimientos disciplinarios:
- Implementar medidas disciplinarias y redactar cartas de sanción o despido.
Capacitación:
- Formar a gerentes y supervisores en temas laborales.
- Preparar materiales para capacitaciones.
Auditorías:
- Apoyar en auditorías laborales y asesorar según los resultados.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Licenciatura en Derecho (máster en derecho laboral es un plus).
- Experiencia en funciones de Relaciones Laborales (más de 5 años deseable).
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Capacidad para redactar y modificar documentos relacionados con ER.
- Habilidad para preparar y presentar programas y materiales de formación.
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico y cambiante.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar asignaciones a corto plazo.
- Conocimiento de legislación actual y tendencias relacionadas con el puesto.
