Over Doctena: Bij Doctena vinden we dat een afspraak maken met je arts zo eenvoudig mogelijk moet zijn. Daarom helpen wij zorgverleners en patiënten met gebruiksvriendelijke digitale oplossingen. Sinds 2013 ondersteunen we meer dan 10.000 zorgverleners en boeken we maandelijks 1,5 miljoen afspraken. We zijn actief in 6 landen (België, Nederland, Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Luxemburg en Zwitserland) en behoren tot de Europese koplopers in digitale gezondheidszorg. Tijdens de COVID-periode hielpen we miljoenen inwoners van de Brusselse regio bij het boeken van hun vaccinatieafspraak. Ons internationale team (meer dan 13 nationaliteiten) is energiek en resultaatgericht. Om onze groei in België te versterken, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Inside Sales / Commercieel Medewerker die ons netwerk van zorgverleners verder uitbouwt – volledig remote. Jouw rol: Als inside sales professional ben jij de eerste contactpersoon voor artsen en paramedici. Je legt telefonisch en digitaal de eerste contacten, presenteert onze oplossingen via online demo’s en bouwt relaties op die leiden tot langdurige samenwerkingen. Wat je doet: Actief bellen en opvolgen van leads en prospects in België. Artsen en paramedici overtuigen van de voordelen van Doctena’s digitale oplossingen. Online demo’s en presentaties verzorgen. Leads omzetten naar klanten en langdurige gebruikers. Het klantenbestand beheren en uitbreiden. Werken met KPI’s en targets, en je resultaten opvolgen. Samenwerken met marketing rond campagnes en nieuwe verkoopkanalen. Wat wij zoeken: Nederlandstalig met goede kennis van het Engels. Ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur inside sales. Communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en zelfstandig. Goed met digitale tools (CRM, presentatietools, …). Affiniteit met gezondheidszorg is een plus.
