Join us in building a workplace that celebrates diversity and individuality.Discover the steps we took to create a discrimination‑free hiring process.Job OverviewAs a Sales Enablement Specialist in our Qonto office in Barcelona, you will drive continuous improvement in sales performance by building a scalable enablement framework that equips managers and sales teams across multiple markets to perform at their best.What you will doDesign and operate a scalable Sales Enablement framework and system that helps our sales teams excel, with a strong focus on tooling, content and processes that managers can deploy within their teams.Coordinate cross‑functional content creation with Sales Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Sales Operations and other partners to build playbooks, scripts and enablement assets at scale.Support managers to deliver sales coaching and close performance gaps, helping them identify trends and insights using performance metrics and tools.Deploy and administer the Sales Onboarding Academy, including certification paths, best‑practice mapping and cross‑functional programs to accelerate ramp and consistency across markets.What you can expectTeam context: You’ll join a lean sales enablement team reporting directly to Giacomo Ruggiero, Central Sales Director at Qonto. You’ll work closely with another Sales Enablement Specialist and with sales managers to support the central sales team across multiple markets.Strategic impact: You’ll help build and refine the Sales Academy, certifications and enablement systems that directly improve sales performance and scalability.Collaborative environment: You’ll partner with Sales Operations, Marketing and Operations to deliver programs, content and insights that support performance, training and strategic objectives.About Your Future ManagerYour manager will be Giacomo Ruggiero, our Global Sales Director at Qonto.His path: Giacomo has advanced in sales leadership, focusing on sales enablement and team development. Based in Barcelona, he leads Qonto’s sales teams across various markets.What he brings: Transparent, authentic leadership with a hands‑on approach, fostering open communication and trust. Under his guidance, you’ll enjoy professional growth and make meaningful contributions to the team’s success.About YouSales Enablement / Project Leadership: You bring deep prior Sales Enablement experience or, alternatively, strong Project Management experience in complex organizations.Sales experience: at least 5 years in sales or enablement‑related roles, including exposure to sales cycles, pipeline management and methodology training to effectively analyze and improve sales processes.Program leadership: Proven ability to take ownership on several cross‑functional projects, elevating managers through enablement and high standards in complex contexts.Analytical mindset: Skilled at analyzing sales call insights, identifying trends and turning findings into actionable training materials, certifications and performance improvement strategies.Tooling & systems: Mastery of Notion for documentation and playbook management; comfortable structuring frameworks, workflows and knowledge bases across departments.Language skills: Fluent in English, Spanish or German is a plus.At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
