The Role
We are looking for a Head of Account Management to join our CX team . You will report directly to the Global director of AM of the team and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute an upselling and retention , satisfaction , and activation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business .

What will you be doing:

  • Help to achieve the goals of NDR.
  • Hiring to make the team grow.
  • Ensure that the KPIs of your team are achieved.
  • Gather feedback from our customers to create proposals for our product team .
  • Constantly analyze data to improve or change internal processes .
  • Support the team and keep people motivated.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role .
  • Sales , upselling , or cross-selling experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English .
  • Able to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in an international team setup .
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
