The Role
We are looking for a Head of Account Management to join our CX team . You will report directly to the Global director of AM of the team and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute an upselling and retention , satisfaction , and activation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business .
What will you be doing:
- Help to achieve the goals of NDR.
- Hiring to make the team grow.
- Ensure that the KPIs of your team are achieved.
- Gather feedback from our customers to create proposals for our product team .
- Constantly analyze data to improve or change internal processes .
- Support the team and keep people motivated.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a management role .
- Sales , upselling , or cross-selling experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English .
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work in an international team setup .
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
