We are looking for a motivated and curious Operations & People Junior passionate about managing the internal engine of Byld to ensure a challenging and fulfilling rhythm. About the Job We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Operations team. The Operations & People team at Byld is responsible for the internal processes that keep the organization running smoothly. The scope of this role includes administration, accounting and finance, process optimization, legal affairs, and support in talent management (People). This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and build a career as a generalist. As part of this team, you will work hand-in-hand with other team such as Building, Growth and Business Development, and Marketing. This work dynamic creates synergies where everyone can learn from different fields and disciplines. You can find some good stories of what we do (and how we do it) right here: As an Operations & People Junior, you will: Work hand-in-hand with the Operations & People Manager to optimize internal processes. Manage and organize internal documentation, handle secretarial duties, and coordinate tasks with corporate partners. Create monthly expense and income reports, and collaborate with tax and accounting advisors to keep records up to date. Provide legal support with the assistance of the Operations & People Manager & CEO. Perform internal controls and prepare documentation for quarterly tax filings. Support the organization of internal and external events for the team and clients. Lead the onboarding process for new employees, managing administrative tasks and ensuring an excellent first-day experience. Manage vendor relationships and provide support in People (Talent) and culture tasks (e.g., interview coordination, benefits management, engagement surveys). Create office and team policies and processes. What we are looking for… Bachelor's or master's degree graduates, especially in the following fields: business, finance, accounting, law, administration, or any other relevant field. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience would be ideal, with business and management knowledge. Candidates with little experience will also be considered. Intermediate Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills. Great tech-savviness.  Solution oriented mindset.
