**#About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People Operations Intern to join our team. As a People Operations Intern, you will work closely with our People Operations team to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and data management.

You will assist in creating a positive employee experience and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate record keeping of current + historical employee data (contracts, payroll, compensation / title changes)
- Request and follow onboarding admin process: request and follow payroll, contract, processing computer request, assign learning path in Eloomi,
- Ensure that changes in the employee life cycle are correctly reflected in the payroll.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems
- Documenting and standardizing People processes + policies (internal mobility, title changes, vacation policy, employee handbook, disciplinary policy, onboarding / offboarding)
- Assisting the People team in administrative matters related to topics such as company communications, compliance, documentation, performance, and compensation/benefits

Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required. Professional working fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field is a plus
- Highly organized and great at documentation
- Comfortable embracing a culture of constant experimentation
- Really positive, upbeat and social
- Encouraged by challenges and enjoy having tons of autonomy with no bureaucratic BS
- A do-er - the moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
