Tus tareas TU MISIÓN COMO PEOPLE INTERNComo People Intern, tu misión será apoyar los procesos de selección del equipo de Retail y colaborar en tareas administrativas propias del área de RRHH. Formarás parte de un equipo cercano y comprometido, donde se valoran la empatía, los valores humanos y la capacidad de detectar talento alineado con nuestra cultura.RESPONSABILIDADES Dar apoyo en los procesos de selección del equipo Retail: publicación de ofertas, filtrado de CVs, entrevistas y seguimiento de candidatos. Colaborar en procesos de onboarding y offboarding. Gestionar documentación de empleados y mantener actualizadas las bases de datos internas. Participar en iniciativas de cultura y clima laboral. Asegurar una excelente experiencia tanto para candidatos como para empleados. Apoyar en tareas administrativas del día a día del área de People. Tu perfil ¿A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS? Recién graduado/a en Psicología, RRHH, ADE u otras carreras afines. Alta empatía, integridad y sensibilidad hacia las personas. Buen criterio para identificar perfiles que encajen con la cultura y valores de Flabelus. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización. Atención al detalle y actitud proactiva. Nivel profesional de inglés y español (oral y escrito). Ganas de crecer y aprender dentro del área de RRHH.
