Investigar, asesorar y resolver las consultas de posventa, específicamente en torno a las devoluciones y los problemas de entrega, actuando como contacto principal con el cliente cuando sea necesario. Asumir, responder y asegurar la progresión de las consultas dentro de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio. Mejorar la eficiencia de las consultas, entregas y devoluciones y minimizar las pérdidas debidas a las devoluciones de productos y a los abonos. Destacar y ayudar a resolver los problemas de raíz relacionados con las consultas de gestión postventa. Promover el uso de las herramientas de servicio al cliente de la compañía. Apoyar a otros miembros del equipo para que alcancen sus objetivos y mantener un fuerte espíritu de trabajo en equipo. Apoyar al negocio siguiendo todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y trabajando con los valores compartidos de TD SYNNEX. Experiencia previa en procesos comerciales y atención al cliente. Idiomas: Español. Portugués y Catalán deseables. Trabajo en equipo. Atención y orientación al cliente. Excelentes habilidades de relación con el cliente, capacidad de comunicación y de organización. Gestión eficaz del tiempo y capacidad de priorización. SAP R3 (preferible). Inglés intermedio (valorable). Conocimientos de Excel y Word.
