The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry. Identifying and securing new sales opportunities. Negotiating sales deals and closing sales. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends. Create social media marketing strategies. Participate in local and international property road shows and events. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the property market and industry trends. Prior experience working in Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive , High End brands. Experience in selling off-plan residential units. This job description is not all inclusive.
