Polish-speaking Publisher Sales Associate to Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a proactive Publisher Sales Associate for Poland to strengthen our market presence. Your responsibilities include acquiring Polish publishers, building a stable pipeline, leading the publisher acquisition process, and maintaining our CRM tool. You will meet monthly KPIs, targets, and network with our team.
We are looking for a native Polish speaker with advanced English skills, sales enthusiasm, and a commercial mindset. You should have a keen eye for detail, a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes, and a passion for digital advertising.
Requirements include at least 1 year of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach. You should have a good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding. Established contacts in the Polish digital publishing sphere are also a plus.
