Your responsibilities: Acquiring Polish publishers (websites), from the first contact to the deal closing.Building a stable pipeline and prioritizing the most valuable opportunities.Leading the publisher acquisition process in the market in close collaboration with technical, sales, and operational colleagues.Becoming a trusted contact and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that create long-term loyalty with both potential and existing customers.Maintaining our specially designed CRM tool; updating information about leads and customer interactions.Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.Networking.Who we are looking for: Native Polish speaker with advanced English skillsSales enthusiast Someone who enjoys achieving and exceeding goals and is motivated by office signals and bonuses.Language talent: Fluent in Polish and high-level English for effective communication with our diverse team and customers.Commercial mindset: You have a keen eye for detail, a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes, and a passion for digital advertising.Independent innovator: You can work independently, adapt to fast-paced start-up environments, and quickly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.Special qualifications that make you stand out: Sales experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.Digital media knowledge: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).Industry network: Established contacts in the Polish digital publishing sphere, acquired through work at a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.Experience in a similar role: At a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.What you can expect from us: Immediate start.Additional commissions and a bonus structure to quickly increase your salary.Competitive compensation and great benefits (25 vacation days per year, new equipment, annual team retreat, weekly Friday afternoons).A fantastic workplace in the center of Madrid (Cuatro Caminos), in our newly renovated 800m2 officesWe offer ad-hoc training to maximize our employees' potential.Be part of an experienced team of international professionals.Private health insurance with a discount.Remote work policy (25 days per year).Become part of a Polish working environment and experience all the benefits of working for the Netherlands For example: an egalitarian corporate culture, every day is Casual Friday with our relaxed dress code, prepare yourself for clear feedback – we take Polish directness seriously We also like to keep everything highly efficient, where everyone has the freedom to express their opinionsAnd of course, a challenging and ambitious project with a team of the best professionals in the industry.Interested?
