Meet the Team Youll join our diverse and driven Customer Experience teamfull of international colleagues who are all working toward one goal: happy customers. We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way. What Youll Do Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions. Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer. Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience. Do you think you are the missing piece of the puzzle? Keep reading Job requirements What Were Looking For Fluent English speaker (native or near-native) An advance level in any of the following languages: French, German or Dutch. Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus. Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness. You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. A great team player whos always ready to support others. Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
