About the job We´re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our team in Barcelona and to make sure we are implementing the right digital acquisition strategy in order to grow and to find new opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Recruitment, this role will have a full picture of the organization and a long-term vision of the project. Sales and Marketing As a leader in Sales and Marketing, I focus on creating a motivating, supportive, and high-performing environment where people thrive and results follow. Working closely with the Head of Sales & Recruitment, I set clear goals, define smart priorities, and make sure the team has the tools, structure, and confidence to succeed. Partnering with senior management, I drive continuous improvement, turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into action. Whether it’s optimizing workflows, mentoring counsellors, or building bridges across departments, my goal is simple — to lead with purpose, empower others, and make success something we create together. Administration/Procedures Office days/Days off/extra days/Holidays control and approval Ensure accomplishment of deadlines Ensure correct following of processes and create proposals to optimize them. Support Head of Sales & Recruitment (projects, events, reports) Detecting errors in reports or assignation and provide a solution when necessary. About you You are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with strong planning, analytic, and people reading skills to lead our team. You have an optimistic and autonomous personality and feel comfortable interacting with potential students from all over the world as they make important decisions or their future. You can multitask but remain organized and engaged while helping multiple candidates simultaneously. Above all, you are result-driven and able to use your persuasion skills to successfully recruit top talent for our business school. Requirements: Working permit and immediate availability. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or in a similar position. Native or advanced (C1) level of English (written and spoken). Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Previous experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Excellent time management and task organization. Optimistic, autonomous, and collaborative personality. Strong planning, analytic and people reading skills. High level of comfort interacting with people. Ability to multitask, stay organized and engaged. Motivation, persuasion, and results driven. Any of the following are a plus: Have a sound knowledge in education programs.
