Esta oportunidad es presencial en Madrid .Descripción de la ofertaResponsabilidades principales:Gestión de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux, incluyendo usuarios, permisos, redes, políticas, almacenamiento y aplicaciones.Conocimiento de productos Office365, Adobe y Autodesk.Instalación, soporte y mantenimiento de servidores, sistemas informáticos y redes inalámbricas y locales.Configuración y mantenimiento de hardware y software.Solución, gestión y documentación de consultas, tickets y peticiones de los clientes; tareas administrativas departamentales.Resolución de incidencias en primer contacto o escalado según criterio.Configuración de dispositivos móviles.Automatización de procesos mediante scripts en diversos lenguajes como Power Shell o Python para mejorar y mantener el entorno.Pruebas de desarrollos e innovaciones internas.Control y actualización del inventario de hardware y software.Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad para el servicio de soporte.Colaboración con otros miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario.Atención a las indicaciones de supervisores y líderes.RequisitosAl menos 2 años de experiencia profesional en departamentos de IT.Experiencia en gestión de herramientas de registro y tickets.Experiencia en diseño, instalación, diagnóstico y mantenimiento de redes locales, inalámbricas, electrónica de red y seguridad IT.Cualificaciones artísticas y/o técnicas.Conocimiento y experiencia en la integración de nuevas aplicaciones, hardware y mantenimiento del inventario.Conocimiento y experiencia en sistemas operativos Linux y Windows.Inglés medio-alto.Información adicionalSkydance es una compañía de medios diversificada fundada en 2010, dedicada a crear entretenimiento de alta calidad para audiencias globales en cine, televisión, medios interactivos y animación.Alerta de fraude en reclutamiento: Skydance solo contacta desde direcciones oficiales con dominio @skydance.com.
