Lea todos los detalles a continuación y presente su candidatura hoy mismo.While all animation studios look to hire people who are creative and hard‑working, Skydance Animation is specifically looking for pioneers who seek to push the limits of what the world’s most collaborative art form can achieve, and to give those pioneers the space and the resources to build a new studio that’s doing something different.For information on Skydance’s privacy practices, see the Skydance EU/UK Personnel Privacy Notice located at a Junior Systems Support Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and managing tickets/incidences and customer requests.ResponsibilitiesManage Windows & Linux OS (users, permissions, network, policies, storage, applications…)Knowledge of Office365, Adobe and Autodesk productsPerform the installation, support and maintenance of the servers, computer systems and wireless and local area networksPerform the installation, configuration, layout and maintenance of hardware and software equipment’sSolve, manage and document customer queries, tickets and requests and develop other departmental administrative tasksSolve most tickets in the first contact and otherwise escalation with criteriaConfigure mobile devicesAutomate processes as much as possible, for example by helping with scripts in different languages (PowerShell, Python…) to improve and maintain the environmentTest internal developments and improvementsMonitor and update the inventory of hardware and softwareEnsure that you meet the quality standards required for the support serviceCollaborate with other team members when necessaryFollow supervisor’s and lead's guidanceRequirementsAt least 2 years of professional experience in IT departmentsExperience with logging tools and ticketing managementExperience in design, installation, diagnosis and maintenance of local area networks, wireless networks, network electronics and IT securityArtistic and/or technical qualificationsKnowledge and experience in the integration of new applications and new hardware in user’s equipment and inventory maintenanceKnowledge and experience in different OS: Linux & WindowsMedium‑High English level required#AnimationSkydance is a diversified media company founded by David Ellison in 2010 to create high quality, event‑level entertainment for global audiences.
