They will support the development and implementation of inventory strategies and ensure alignment with operational goals and the correct communication and leading the resulting actions or decisions in the S&Op cycle.Temporary position with a 6-month contract.Your ResponsibilitiesSupports the development of the inventory management governance, focus on reporting and analysis of main driversAssists in proposing, designing, and managing initiatives to optimize the company’s global inventory (end to end, from raw materials in manufacturing plants to finished goods)Analyses the inventory impact of all relevant events, as part of the Sales and Operation PlanningContributes to the reporting and evolution of relevant KPIsEnsures the accurate communication of KPIsMonitors and analyzes inventory data to identify potential improvements and required actionsHelps guiding the discussions and follow up of action points in the S&OP cycle.Your Profile - QualificationsEducation and experienceBachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, and or business administrationMinimum 2 years business experience in related fields (e.g., supply chain, logistics or demand)Fluent with inventory management concepts & interdependencies within supply chainsExperience in data analytics (PowerBI, excel & SAP is a plus)Fluent English spoken and written.Personal AttributesSelf-driven and proactiveCollaborative and good listenerImpact focused and pragmaticEntrepreneurial and always focused on what the customer needsChallenging herself/himself, her/his peers and teams.Value driven and respectful.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
