The Global Inventory Analyst will assist in managing the company's inventory across various brands and business units. They will support the development and implementation of inventory strategies and ensure alignment with operational goals and the correct communication and leading the resulting actions or decisions in the S&Op cycle.

Temporary position with a 6-month contract.
Your Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of the inventory management governance, focus on reporting and analysis of main drivers
  • Assists in proposing, designing, and managing initiatives to optimize the company's global inventory (end to end, from raw materials in manufacturing plants to finished goods)
  • Analyses the inventory impact of all relevant events, as part of the Sales and Operation Planning
  • Contributes to the reporting and evolution of relevant KPIs
  • Ensures the accurate communication of KPIs
  • Monitors and analyzes inventory data to identify potential improvements and required actions
  • Helps guiding the discussions and follow up of action points in the S&OP cycle.

Your Profile - Qualifications
Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, and or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years business experience in related fields (e.g., supply chain, logistics or demand)
  • Fluent with inventory management concepts & interdependencies within supply chains
  • Experience in data analytics (PowerBI, excel & SAP is a plus)
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
