We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle.
 
What you will do:
  • Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities:
    • Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess potential deal synergies and financial viability.
    • Evaluate potential risks associated with target companies and transactions.
    • Prepare detailed investment memorandums and other deal documentation.
  • Support Deal Execution:
    • Assist in due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational analysis.
    • Develop and present compelling investment theses to internal stakeholders.
    • Support the negotiation of transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financing.
    • Manage deal processes and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Post-Merger Integration:
    • Develop and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger value creation.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies after the closing.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (prior M&A experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, deal teams, and external advisors
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
  • A passion for the M&A field and a strong desire to learn and grow
