This role is key to driving data-driven decisions that optimize category performance. You will analyze market and sales data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency across our product categories.RESPONSIBILITIESData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze sales and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.Monitor category performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and inventory levels.Forecasting & PlanningDevelop and maintain category forecasts and inventory plans.Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify industry trends.Pricing & PromotionsMonitor pricing and promotional activities within the category and recommend optimizations.Work closely with Category Heads to support category improvements.Develop and maintain category reporting tools and dashboards.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience:3–5 years in a Category Analyst or similar role.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Familiarity with retail industry and market trends.Due to certain email system settings, some of our messages may occasionally land in your junk or spam folder.
