**Global Sourcing Analyst**

**Location - Madrid**:
**Why this is job for you**:
Aa a Global Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for providing support to buyers and purchasing category leaders in developing and sustaining fact-based sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting strategies by : 1/ gathering and analyzing various spend & market data and qualitative information, 2/ monitoring contractual compliance and key performance indicators.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing research and support to the purchasing category management team
- Obtaining data/information as requested by the team from a variety of sources:

- Performing spend, price benchmarking and other analyses based on variety of sources
- Creating and refining cost models for sourced goods/services (‘clean sheet’)
- Preparing documents Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP)
- Providing information and analyses to support negotiations with suppliers
- Performing financial analysis on key suppliers to determine financial health
- Researching macro-economic data to develop supply market analyses
- Working closely with the procurement / sourcing team to dissect information and provide it to other team members to deliver greater insight to market opportunities
- Monitoring contractual price formulas and key performance indicators

***You have**:

- Demonstration of analytical thinking, synthesis capacity, learning quickly.
- Good knowledge of Excel, possibly Powerpoint, PowerBI, SAP, analytical tools
- Interest in Industrial business and/or in Sourcing/Procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to read or communicate in Spanish or French will be a plus
