Overview:
**Inventory Planning Analyst**

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, the role will be based on our Madrid office.

Our new Inventory Planning Analyst will make up part of a close-knit operations team, providing a key support role in maintaining both, the forecast accuracy, and appropriate stock levels, of our physical and digital products. You will ensure to meet the demands of our customers across Southern Europe, partnering with our Manufacturing and Inventory Controlling departments, as well as the Data Integrity Analyst.

**Responsibilities include**, (but are not limited to):
Forecasting
- Set accurate bi-annual forecasts through analysis and collaboration with the Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product teams.
- Review monthly performance and take appropriate actions to optimise forward sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the portfolio and inventory on our printed and digital education portfolio.

Purchase Orders
- Raise Purchase Orders through our in-house system, meeting demand timelines and optimising sales.
- Work collaboratively with other regions to manage global inventory.

Reporting
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to create monthly reports and present findings to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Performance tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and fill rates. Report monthly on outcomes analysis and improvement development.
- Have experience in an international inventory management role.
- Can manage large volumes of data, analyse, and provide business insights.
- Can demonstrate a track record of delivering successful and results-oriented outcomes.
- Are familiar with continuous process improvement, where applicable.
- Have knowledge of Salesforce systems, particularly Case Management in SFDC.
- Are an expert in the MS Office package, especially Excel.
- Speak Spanish fluently and have a B2 level of English. Italian language skills are desirable.
