UK Technical Support & Enablement Lead Your Role As Technical Support & Enablement Lead, you will be the main technical reference point for Shelly in Spain. This is not a call‑centre role. It is a senior, outward‑facing position combining technical support, training, sales enablement, and field intelligence. You will work closely with installers, partners, sales, and HQ teams to ensure Shelly products are correctly understood, deployed, and trusted on the Spanish market. You will report directly to the Managing Director of the Spanish Branch. Key responsibilities Act as first‑line technical support for the Spanish market (pre‑ and post‑sales). Support electricians, installers, and system integrators with product selection, wiring & installation, configuration & troubleshooting. Handle technical tickets and escalations, with a focus on clarity and repeatability. Deliver technical trainings (online and in‑person) for partners and installers. Support sales calls involving complex or non‑standard technical requirements. Act as the Spanish Office's technical lead for integrations and advanced use cases. Attend trade fairs, industry events, and partner meetings as Shelly’s technical representative. Capture recurring issues, objections, and edge cases and feed them back to HQ product and documentation teams. Help reduce long‑term support load by creating standard answers, guidance, and enablement materials. What we’re looking for Strong technical background in electrical systems, IoT, smart home, energy, or automation. Comfortable working directly with electricians and professional installers. Able to explain complex technical topics clearly and practically. Confident representing a brand externally as a technical authority. Proactive mindset: you don’t just solve problems, you prevent them. Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organisation. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
