An international leader company in robotic diagnostic is looking for a First level technical support in sunny Barcelona
For the first 6 months on the field with the FSE and App Specialist to learn about the instruments. After this first period your technical support will be from the office.
This innovative multinational company, specialised in robotics solutions, is expanding its organic and is looking for a new role as First level technical support
Thanks to the big growth in the market of their cutting edge technologies the new role will be part of an extreme growing team.
He would work with Spanish and Italian clients (70% and 30%)
Family owned company, they are focus on each employee to stimulate their professional growth and training.
**Your responsibilities**:
After the first 6 months on the field, technical support through video, calls and conference office based
Troubleshooting with the clients by phone
- You will be involved in installing, supporting, maintaining and repairing medical device equipment and machinery.
**Requirements**:
1 to 3 years of experience as Technical Support
Fluency in Spanish and English, intermediate level in Italian
Automation experience, it would be a plus
