As you connect the work happening in region to the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) broader strategy, you will have the opportunity to work with anyone and everyone – from business leaders to employees in every location around the world to drive meaningful, positive change. Your Responsibilities: You will be our communications expert on the Global Sales & Marketing Engagement team and report to the Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader, to ensure we are shaping our global employees' experience. You will be a creator high-quality content, across all internal digital channels. You will be an important voice for employee engagement, our priorities and communications strategy to best support for our employees. This is an individual contributor role. You're a partner. The Essentials - You Will Have: Degree in mass communications, journalism, marketing, human resources or related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in communications, human resources, marketing, research design, business administration, or related field. Superior content creation skills are critical and foundational to the role. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Prior experience in content measurement and survey work. Project Management experience.
