Overview Part of the backbone of WebBeds Financial Planning & Analysis function responsible for being part of managing the global budget and forecast as well as the strategic planning of the regions, from the supplier and product point of view. To implement best practice FP&A management and act as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis Global Process Owner within WebBeds.Job Title FP&A Business Partner : IT & Support FunctionDepartment Financial Planning and Analysis, FinanceLocation (primary) Palma – hybrid, if not then we consider London and or SpainKey Responsibilities Policies: Definition of procedures and policies for budget and forecast preparation, aligned with Group guidelines.Business Partnering of IT Operations, IT developments and functional business areas to support in the financial planning, modelling and evaluation of enhancements, and new initiatives.Support in the preparation of the budget and trimestral forecasts, and rolling forecast for WebBeds global Operations and IT.Project progress monitoring, cost tracking and analysis of enhancements ROI.Reporting and cost controlling of regular operations.Ensure fluid communication and relationship with the regional Business partners, IT Finance, FP&A, and other business areas to generate insightful reporting in a timely manner.Ad-hoc analysis.Key Measures Strong business knowledge: Commercial acumen, strategy knowledge, operations awareness.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Attention to details, accuracy, resourcefulness.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.Strong communication skills, telling numbers through stories.Relationship management, challenge, negotiation, influence, cultural awareness.Strong team player with ability to learn quickly.Essential Qualifications & Knowledge Qualified accountant or equivalent.Essential Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements SAP, Power BI experience.Experience of project finance and accounting, capex.Strong Excel and modelling skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
