If you love creating structure from change, this is your moment to shine.The Role As FP&A Business Partner, you will be responsible for analyzing monthly performance, leading the Budgets and Forecasts for the business, providing value-driven insights and preparing the reporting package for the Directors.What You’ll Do Own the long term plan, budgeting and forecasting process for the businessPrepare monthly management reporting packs with clear insights and commentary, tracking financial and non-financial metrics evolutionCost track and approval – suggest cost savings, synergies or revenue initiatives locally to improve the bottom and top lineBuild a TSA cost tracking framework covering fees, internal cross charges and one‑off separation activities. Monitor TSA cost evolution and opportunitiesBuild ad hoc financial models to support strategic decisionsForecast cash flow needs together with Finance Controlling functionAnalyze processes, systems & tools, reports, recommending improvements where appropriate. Ensure critical dimensions for finance are considered in any financial transformationWhat You’ll Bring +5 years working experience in FP&A/Business Controlling rolesStrong finance background and ability to work independentlyAbility to manage stakeholders from different functionsKnowledge of digital tools and analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, ERP, BI tools such as Qlik) to automate processes and generate insights for better decision‑making is beneficial but not mandatoryBackground in tech, start‑up or scale‑up environments – you’re comfortable building from scratchGrowth mindset – you are analytical and data‑drivenResilient, adaptable, proactive – ambiguity energizes youStrong communication skills in Spanish and EnglishWhy Join Us?
