Supporting a complex multi-country and multi-business-unit environment, this role requires an influential finance leader with strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to regional and country leadership teams, ensuring alignment between financial planning and business objectives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across the region.Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and investment decisions.Drive P&L accountability and performance management for key business units and markets.Evaluate business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and M&A initiatives where relevant.Prepare and deliver financial reports and KPIs for regional and global stakeholders.Oversee financial controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, public company standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Identify risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation plans and strategic actions.Build and lead a team of finance business partners, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Lead financial transformation initiatives, including digital tools adoption, automation, and improved data analytics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA certification preferred.10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within logistics, transportation, industrial manufacturing, or similar complex environment.Proven experience as a finance business partner supporting commercial and operational teams.Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, FP&A, and business performance management.Experience in publicly listed or multinational organizations strongly preferred.Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.Ideal Candidate ProfileCommercially minded finance leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Skilled communicator who can translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights.Change agent comfortable leading transformation and driving operational efficiency.Collaborative and culturally agile, able to navigate matrix organizations.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage and Internet Marketplace PlatformsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
