Performance Business Partner Analyst Imperial Brands PLC – Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain. Fixed‑term (18 months) – Full‑time. Full‑time Analyst, Business Development, and General Business Tobacco Manufacturing Support the preparation of monthly performance reports and variance analysis. Assist in consolidating financial data and maintaining accurate records. Help with forecasting and budgeting activities. Update dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data. Provide support for ad‑hoc analysis and projects as required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Substantial relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar. Excel experience required; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage. Fluent in English and a team player with a proactive attitude.
