In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in tracking performance, delivering insightful reporting, and driving analysis that supports strategic decisions.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the preparation of monthly performance reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in consolidating financial data and maintaining accurate records.
- Help with forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Update dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Substantial relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excel requires; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and a team player with a proactive attitude.
