Compensation Analyst

Scopely is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.  What You Will Do  You will be a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of Scopely's compensation programs. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of compensation while contributing to meaningful, data-driven work. You'll collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Recruiting and business unit leaders to ensure our programs remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with Scopely's goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a compensation expert while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Support People Business Partners and other correlated People teams in managing compensation processes across the organization Collect, verify, and maintain compensation data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms Build and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports that help track compensation structures and program outcomes Assist in creating dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate compensation insights to stakeholders Help coordinate compensation cycles, including annual reviews, promotions and performance calibrations Document processes and contribute to improving data management, reporting, and analytical tools Continuously review the current job framework architecture and detailed job leveling approach for the business that enables us to better support hiring, career growth, job evaluation ultimately leading to great compensation packages Work in a culture of continuous analytics and monitoring of current programs to find areas to improve and align with strategic priorities so that compensation helps attract, engage, and retain top talent What We're Looking For  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical, HR, or business operations role Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of organization - you take pride in accuracy and consistency Comfort working with spreadsheets and large datasets; familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is essential Ability to cross-reference and synthesize data from different systems to create clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain data clearly and simply Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude - you're excited to grow within the compensation field Bonus Points  Hands-on experience in compensation analysis Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) Please submit your CV in English.
