Workday HCM Analyst specializing in Compensation

As a Workday HCM Analyst specializing in Compensation, you will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and improving our compensation and performance management processes. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting the Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules in Workday, as well as collaborating with HR teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our compensation processes. You will also be involved in implementing new features and optimizing existing processes.As part of the Corporate Systems Department, you will be reporting to the Workday Product Manager and will join a team of 5 Workday experts. Your main responsibility will be to handle the configuration and user support of the HCM modules.This is an exciting and diverse role involving many responsibilitiesWhat you will doSet up and maintain Workday's Advanced Comp features, including bonus plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules.Act as the principal subject matter expert in Workday Compensation, owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance.Prepare, manage, and run our annual global compensation processes.Review and implement new Workday features with strong focus on automation and optimized user experience.Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues in both Compensation and HCM, ensuring operational continuity during critical cycles.Contribute to Workday reporting and analytics, with a focus on Compensation.Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes.Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production.Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements.Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and create reports/dashboards for leadership decision-making.Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users.Build audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them.Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules.Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support.Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team.Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training.Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents.Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions).QualificationsIdeally 5+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst, specializing in the Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.Experience configuring and managing compensation and performance management processes.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in an international environment.A customer service mindset and approach.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Expertise in compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).Analytical, tech-savvy and data-driven mindset.Ability to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.Knowledge of Core HCM, reporting, and security within Workday.A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential information.BenefitsPermanent, full-time contract with excellent social benefits.Hybrid model – 2 days per week in the office, flexible work-from-home options.25 vacation days per year.Private medical health insurance.Flexible compensation with Ticket Restaurant Card.Free language courses.Birthday day off + option to work a shortened schedule on three days.Merit based salary progression system and a competitive initial salary package.Career-development opportunities.Excellent local working conditions (quality of offices, geographical location of office in the centre of Barcelona).Tuesday and Thursday afterwork beersWhy Join the World of Gameloft?Because you want to be part of an exceptional experience within a company that is constantly growingBecause you want to work with talented people who are industry pioneersBecause you want to be part of an international environment with daily contact with other countries & culturesBecause you want to work in an inclusive equal opportunity workplaceOr, just because you’re looking for a great place to workLocation: Sant Just Desvern, Catalonia, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
