Business Development Manager (Asia Market)About the jobPosition : Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)Location : Remote within Thailand, Malaysia, KoreaEmployment type : Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers across target markets.Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long‑term business success.Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Provide market intelligence to senior management, including insights on trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates.Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership.REQUIREMENTSNative or fluent in English (C1 level), as well as fluency in either Thai, Malay or Korean, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management, preferably in the FX industry.Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.OFFERA dynamic and fun working environment with a creative and innovative teamCompetitive salary structure with performance‑based commissions and incentives.Strategic role with autonomy and regional visibility.Opportunity to lead commercial growth in a key market.Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented company culture.Clear path for professional development within a fast‑growing global organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
