Buscamos un/a Senior Service Delivery Manager para reforzar el equipo de uno de nuestros clientes en Barcelona. Responsabilidades ✔️ Liderar la gestión de Major Incidents (P0/P1) , coordinando equipos técnicos y comunicando directamente con ejecutivos de alto nivel. ✔️ Gestionar Problem Management (Root Cause Analysis, planes de acción, seguimiento). ✔️ Coordinar Change Management , incluyendo Emergency CAB/PAB . ✔️ Elaborar reportes, dashboards y KPIs de calidad de servicio. ✔️ Participar en guardias on-call (1 semana cada 3–4). Requisitos +7 años de experiencia en Incident/Problem/Change Management o Service Delivery en entornos internacionales. Certificación ITIL Foundation (mínimo). Título universitario (máster valorado). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con capacidad para interactuar con C-Level. Resiliencia, capacidad multitarea y manejo de entornos de alta presión. Conocimientos transversales en IT (Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, redes, sistemas, DevOps). #J-18808-Ljbffr
