Descripción del empleo
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Pricing Specialist para incorporarse a nuestra Oficina Central.
Tu misión será velar por la correcta implantación de la Política de Precios de la compañía a partir del análisis, medición y monitorización de los indicadores de Pricing establecidos contemplando la estrategia y propuesta de valor definida, así como los grupos estratégicos de productos, los criterios financieros asociados, poniendo siempre en valor la tipología de clientes de la compañía.
Tus principales funciones:

Revisar y generar precios de venta regular y escenarios de optimización de ventas y margen.
Creación de reporting ad hoc, análisis, interpretación de resultados y conclusiones.
Recopilar, analizar e interpretar la información de precios para definir planes de acción tácticos y/o estratégicos que garanticen el cumplimiento de la estrategia de precios de la compañía.
Mejora continua reporting y herramientas de trabajo actuales del departamento.
Junto con Trade marketing participar en la selección de los artículos promocionales u objeto de comunicación comercial para oferta alinear los precios con el mercado y hacerlos competitivos.
Garantizar una comunicación eficiente de los precios dentro de la organización.
Realizar análisis de campañas a petición.
Mantener relaciones continuas con diferentes interlocutores y stakeholders.

Además, esta posición tendrá un contrato Indefinido a tiempo Completo.
Requisitos
¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el puesto y en compañias de similares características, preferiblemente, Retail.
Experiencia deseable en la gestión del pricing o compras de categorías de Ultrafrescos (carnes, verduras, pescados), o en la gestión de productos con vida útil muy corta.
Licenciatura en Económicas, Matemáticas, Estadística y/o ADE.
Conocimiento imprescindible: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), nivel de inglés alto.
Conocimiento Valorable: Data Warehouse y Microstrategy.
