FRS aims to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation for today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. FRS is hierarchically part of ITG organization, governed by a unique collaborative sponsorship between Finance, RISK and ITG.About The JobThe FRS Strategy & International team is a team of PMO’s managing key projects and deliverables contributing to the strategic evolution of FRS. Transformation is focused across different workstreams covering people, architecture, partnership to deliver the objectives of the 2028 strategic plan. The team in Madrid works as part of a global team, managed from the UK and partnered with resources based across the regions and hubs. Resources work closely with other FRS teams, Finance, Risk and key stakeholders from other ITG departments.Mission and ObjectivesActively participate in the transformation, in line with FRS global transformation strategyIdentify process improvements, promote agile methodology, collaboration initiatives.Build up business cases and monitor impact in FRS budget.Engage regularly with onshore stakeholders to understand their needs and to share and promote transformation objectives.Identify opportunities to both further develop the platform, and leverage the offshore hub.Keep a smooth and proactive communication across FRS, clients and all key stakeholders.Be aligned with the BNP Values: Agility, Compliance Culture, Openness, Client Satisfaction.RequirementsTraining and Occupational ExperienceBachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering, Finance or Management3+ years of experience in the banking industry / advisoryExperience as a Project ManagerProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePointFluent in English (mandatory)Knowledge of French and Spanish is a plusKnowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, Lean, Agile Methodologies)Essential Specific RequirementsIntegrityAccuracyAbility to learn (curiosity)Attention to detailsCommunicating clearlyClient focusAdaptabilityMultidisciplinary coordination across business and support functionsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to consult at all levelsCommitted to confidentiality, integrity and objectivityBenefitsTraining programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countriesDiversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
