Come be part of the new team that delivers ground-breaking products for our clients. **TITLE**: Transformation Project Manager** **DEPARTMENT**: Corporate - Transformation** **REPORTING TO: VP of Transformation** **OFFICE LOCATION**:Madrid, Spain** **ROLE TYPE: Full-time, Hybrid** **What you'll do**: - Join our Transformation Team to manage strategic projects of various sizes and scopes. You'll work with stakeholders across multiple functions and lines of business to achieve quality results. - Serve as a key point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large, enterprise-wide projects. Ensure goals and objectives are met successfully in line with business needs. Projects will often be highly sensitive, with broad business impact or change. - Manage the implementation of select projects. Coordinate and track project schedules, status/milestones, and budgets/resources. Escalate and help mitigate project risks as needed. - Deliver tailored communications to diverse audiences, from team discussions to executive presentations, in a culturally relevant and inclusive style. **Skills and Experience required to be successful**: - Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Financial services or FinTech. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Wrike) and basic IT knowledge. - Expertise in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills. - Proven ability in budget creation, allocation, financial forecasting, and resource management. - Strong risk management skills, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning. - **Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).** Additional language skills are a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
