**ITTF - FINANCE and RISK SOLUTIONS**
Finance and Risk Solutions (FRS) is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, people, and time-to-market. FRS is a department within IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF), part of IT Group.
FRS is a global organization, with resources located in 11 countries across Americas, UK, Europe, India and APAC. FRS aims to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation for today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.
FRS is hierarchically part of ITG organization. governed by a unique collaborative sponsorship between Finance, RISK and ITG.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
The FRS Strategy & International team is a team of PMO’s managing key projects and deliverables contributing to the strategic evolution of FRS. Transformation is focused across different workstreams covering people, architecture, partnership to deliver the objectives of the 2028 strategic plan.
The team in Madrid work as part of a global team, managed from the UK and partnered with resources based across the regions and hubs. Resources work closely with other FRS teams, Finance, Risk and key stakeholders from other ITG departments.
**MISSION AND OBJECTIVES**:
Actively participate to the transformation, in line with FRS global transformation strategy
Identify process improvements, promote agile methodology, collaboration initiatives.
Buildup of business cases and monitor impact in FRS budget.
Engage regularly with onshore stakeholders to understand their needs and to share and promote transformation objectives.
Identify opportunities to both further develop the platform, and leverage the offshore hub
Keep a smooth and proactive communication across FRS, clients and all key stakeholders.
Be aligned with the BNP Values: Agility, Compliance Culture, Openness, Client Satisfaction
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Training and occupational experience**
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering, Finance or Management
3+ years of experience in the banking industry / advisory
Experience as a Project Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Sharepoint
Fluent in English mandatory
Knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, Lean, Agile Methodologies)
