MTS Globe is an equal opportunities employer Job description For our HR department based in Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for someone proactive, organized and detail oriented. You will be responsible for personnel administration tasks and support to the department. The candidate will support across the different brands, MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data with a strong focus on people admin and HR administrative support. As a member of the HR department your main responsibilities will be: On-going social security updates or communications (hirings, sick leaves, and others). Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, certificates and others. Organize and maintain personnel records in our internal HR ERP. Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues. Administrative support and participate on Labour Risk prevention (PRL). Requirements Administrative professional degree or studies related with HR personnel administration. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role would be high valued. Creative problem solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking. High knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR regulations will be a plus. Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages would be a plus.
