We are seeking to hire a recruiter who will be responsible for the recruitment of our high-volume positions and also to provide general recruitment administrative support.

You will be the first point of contact for recruitment queries and be great brand ambassador for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluation of different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for vacancies to ensure we ‘go to market’ in the most effective manner.
- Manage the internal recruitment tracking system.
- Work with managers to develop and update job specifications, proactively building long-term relationships and developing a good understanding of different team cultures and requirements.
- Support with recruitment marketing campaigns from Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok and make recommendations for change.
- Identify recruitment marketing opportunities, find the best channels where we can reach the right talents as defined by HR Manager / Recruitment Manager and build creative approaches to meet the company’s growth needs.
- Provide support and/or feedback on various employee engagement programs developed inside the company.
- Create and maintain relationships with various universities and/or student associations.
- Work closely with the HR, recruitment, and business lines to identify needs and opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment data reports and help interpret data to be able to analyse recruitment trends.
- Assist in recruitment research for competitiveness information.
- Help coordinate recruitment activities for Open Days in the local Universities and Job Career Fairs.
- To be open to participating in all areas of recruitment where necessary with a positive and “can do” attitude.

**Essential Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
