Sinclair are currently looking to hire a Recruiter for our Barcelona office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly attract and hire talent to fulfil the needs of the business.
- Reduce external agency spend to ensure HR is also operating in an effective manner.
- Drive global standards for recruitment and onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with global HR team.

**Essential**
- English - proficient
- Proven experience as an Internal recruiter and resourcing.
- Exceptional communication and ability to converse at all levels.
- Experience of social media and other digital communication tools for recruitment purposes.
- Passionate about driving standards and experience.
- Experience of providing training.
- Demonstrable experience of volume recruitment.
- Working knowledge of associated HR legislation.
- Experience of organising training.

**Desirable**
- Additional languages
- HR experience/ qualifications
- Pharmaceuticals/ Aesthetics (EBD & Injectables) experience
