Meet the team The Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process discipline across Preply’s sales & GTM organization. This role is key to ensuring our sales engine runs efficiently, forecasting is accurate, and leadership has the insights needed to make confident, data‑driven decisions, that are then followed by strong, disciplined execution. What you’ll be doing: Forecasting & Performance Management Own the PreSales forecasting process: data integrity, cadence, and alignment with Sales Leadership and strategy Lead steering/performance meetings anchored on data, driving clear actions weekly with Sales teams Build frameworks to monitor key health metrics - Inputs (Contacts, calls emails, SQL rate, win rate) Sales Process & Governance Define, document, and optimize the sales process from
