We create an environment where people feel connected, where staff can be themselves, and where guests experience genuine, heartfelt service.ResponsibilitiesCreate a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest and set the tone for their experience.Describe beverage selections and menu items with vivid, interesting narratives about origin, taste, and preparation methods.Understand, memorize, and detail all products, spirits, cocktails, and food items.Stock and manage the bar inventory, ensuring supplies are well stocked.Maintain bar cleanliness and daily quality checks on house‑made ingredients and preparations.Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service.Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations.Report maintenance and repair issues and maintain bar cleanliness.Process cash and credit card payments, settle voided checks or complimentary items, and accurately close guest checks.Jump into ad‑hoc duties as needed to support colleagues.QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience as a bartender in a hotel or bar, with leadership of bartender teams.Fluency in local language and English; additional languages are highly valuable.Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team‑oriented, and passionate about service.Benefits / What to Expect from UsCompetitive salary.Discounted international room rates.Employee recognition programmes.Training programmes and access to IHG's training tool.Meals while on duty.Uniform and laundry.We also welcome and embrace people of all races, ethnicities, ages, religions, physical abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and genders.
