Overview The Head of IT Application Services is responsible for leading and developing international IT teams managing business-critical ERP application landscape, with a strong emphasis on SAP systems implementation, ERP process optimization, and seamless integration of systems, data, and business analytics platforms . Responsibilities Lead and manage international SAP inhouse consultant teams, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and business objectives. Leading and managing international SAP projects, including design, customizing, migration, and system enhancements. Take full responsibility for SAP CO customizing, support and continuous improvement. Ensure ERP initiatives are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs. Drive a consistent global ERP application architecture and governance while managing external partners to deliver high-quality services within agreed SLAs. Develop and maintain roadmaps for application services and SAP systems in line with CIO defined strategies and tactics. Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and project portfolio within the application domain.
