About the Role We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and methodical Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth. We seek a results-oriented professional with strong initiative and the ability to generate real business opportunities in both national and international markets. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in strategic sectors and emerging markets. Design and implement commercial development plans aligned with company goals. Generate and manage qualified leads, maintaining an active pipeline. Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure market-fit solutions. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements. Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or B2B sales. Methodical profile with strong analytical and organizational skills. Results-driven mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. High level of English (additional languages are a plus). Availability to travel occasionally.
