Why this role exists We already have: strong, loyal clients high service quality four ISO certifications deep healthcare and regulatory expertise What we want to improve is: how our key client relationships are structured how they are maintained over time how they grow in a predictable and healthy way This role exists to: bring rhythm, governance and clarity into client partnerships turn project-based work into longer-term, structured collaboration reduce revenue volatility and protect commercial stability clearly position Novalins as a strategic partner rather than a supplier This role is for people motivated by: building long-term client relationships that are meaningful and stable bringing structure and clarity to complex commercial setups having thoughtful but firm discussions about value, volumes and collaboration contributing to sustainable company growth over time Your mission Your mission is to: develop our top healthcare and life sciences accounts into structured, long-term partnerships create stable and predictable collaboration models support sustainable expansion while protecting value and margins This role is about building relationships that last, while holding clear commercial ground. What you will focus on Client structure and cadence set up and lead regular, well-prepared client touchpoints run structured discussions around performance, volumes, priorities and future needs act as the main senior commercial contact for a defined group of key accounts Commercial frameworks and negotiation design, lead and defend framework and preferred supplier agreements define pricing structures, volume models and commercial commitments negotiate firmly with procurement and senior stakeholders when required hold clear positions on scope, pricing and responsibilities align closely with operations and leadership to ensure all agreements are realistic and sustainable Expansion within existing clients understand how each client organization is structured identify new teams, geographies and document streams expand collaboration thoughtfully across departments and regions Who you are This role will suit you if you: have several years of experience in B2B services ideally have experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries are comfortable with structured and sometimes complex commercial discussions are confident leading negotiations with procurement and senior stakeholders can hold firm positions while maintaining trust and professionalism prepare thoroughly and follow through reliably value depth, consistency and long-term thinking You are someone who appreciates autonomy clear responsibilities working with thoughtful, serious and respectful people environments where quality, precision and rigor matter Location and setup The role offers: a fully remote setup a hybrid option if you are based in or near Valencia direct collaboration with the General Manager and founders real influence on how client relationships are built and defended Compensation Compensation includes: a competitive fixed salary a long-term bonus linked mainly to retention, revenue stability and expansion within existing clients If this resonates with you, we would genuinely like to hear from you.
