This role integrates training, incentives, and performance systems to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a key enabler of the Commercial Excellence strategy, managing change and fostering a culture of excellence. Design and execute the commercial capabilities strategy aligned with strategic priorities. Lead the Sales Capability strategy, developing training content and ensuring implementation in the field. Design and implement incentive strategies and performance monitoring tools. Ensure alignment with global strategy and coordinate with regional teams.
